please read the following
 

   terms of booking

1.

The submitting of the booking form to us is a binding ask for reservation.

2.

If your requested bungalow is available during your requested period, we will send you email which is not the reservation confirmation.
To confirm your requested reservation we need an advanced deposit of 30% of the total room charge. After we received your deposit the booking contract is done and the booking for both sides legally binding.
The deposit we await - depending on the season - between 30 and 90 days prior to your arrival date. Late bookers (bookings less than 30 days prior to the arrival date) need to send the deposit directly after receiving our confirmation of your reservation inquiry (any further details we will send to you with the reservation confirmation).
For a stay of more than 4 weeks we only charge a deposit for 4 weeks.

The amount of the deposit can be transfered to our bank account (as stated below) or made by secure credit card data transfer (cheapest solution).

Any cancellations made 21 days prior to your arrival for a booked stay between November and April or 14 days prior to your arrival for a booked stay between Mai and October are free of charge (except the service charge of the bank for resend the deposit). For all other cancellations below these periods (of 21 or 14 days) we have to charge you the deposit.

 5.

Our reducted room rates for internet bookings are only valid for a stay of minimum 4 nights and only for bookings we received at least 4 days prior to your arrival date.

6.

Your reservation is valid after you received our reservation confirmation.

If you want to make money transfer to our bank account please do not forget to specify your name (lastname, firstname), your arrival date and the category (standard, superior, deluxe) you booked for. Please add THB 400 to the amount of the deposit for the transfer commission of our bank. Money transfer to Thailand can take up to 2 weeks and is much more expensive than credit card data transfer.
